Extremely close to portrait of a lady with amazing depth. Underrated and underpriced.

I really like this. Received a sample with Soleil purchase. The saffron is prominent and reminds me of Covert by Fragrance de Bois but softer and more feminine. 👍🏾

I always passed by all Lalique fragrances after testing some of them. I realized that this is not my brand and never tested them during these 20 years living in Germany.
Fragrances are quite inexpensive during the holidays you can buy them up to 40-50 € maximum.
And now once again in my favorite boutique I got to the sale of the latest bottles from Lalique and here I was caught by two fragrances. One I bought at once and it was #lalique soleil vibrant, and the other was Infinite Shine.
I liked it very much on my skin, it opened gradually, lasted a long time and reminded me of old school fragrances. Very status, expensive sound stopped at that moment from buying only that at the first moment it opened more muscular. And when I already understood it and wanted it, came back for it, the bottle was not at that price.
One of the worthy flavors of this brand.

From the official Lalique page, the following notes are listed:
Cardamom, raspberry
Rose
Moss, patchouli
Description (short):
"A veil of rose, sandalwood and saffron. An orange spice expressed by safranal, the molecule that produces its warm scent with a touch of leather. The creamy sandalwood softens its wild edges."
The first spritz and a synthetic cloud falls on the skin, apparently the declared raspberry. Saffron and rose are noticeable at all stages of the opening. Then soft suede and delicate smoke appear. At the end, it becomes a little sweeter, there is a light fudge and a fine powdery finish. These stages of opening change like the seasons. It lasts a very long time. Delicate, like all Lalique. I can call this composition a "workhorse", yes, for every day, to the office.
The bottle is heavy, perfectly poured, wooden lid, golden lace.
P.S. Don't buy it without testing it).

It looks like a whole bunch of Middle Eastern market inspired fragrances. You're most likely even this kind of pseudo-sandalwood that's hyped and pumped up with saffron and spices. This is already overlaid with rose, well, everything. It parrots the saffron a bit at the start, but quickly calms down relatively. It won't lose any structure or heat for many more hours though. By about the 10th hour it will start to run out of steam, lose that very saffron, and the rose. Gender unisex, a little can be depressing, but not to call it a weapon of mass destruction.

I like the bottles (and still don't like the weird tight caps), they have an interesting dusting on them, it suits them. But what Lalique has been putting in there for the last few years I don't understand. Here and this fragrance is so mediocre and already so many times passed by everyone (and not too recognized in the average parf.maniacs), that it is impossible to praise its appearance or to seriously dismantle it. It's almost 10 years too late with this olfactory profile, and apart from being relatively neat, there's nothing interesting about it. Apparently the Middle Eastern market can't be left without such obvious solutions.

My perfume nightmare. That black dirty musk is maddening. It's a pardonable "unwashed" smell. Maybe on someone this perfume and sit, but on me it's something unbearable. I decided to attach it and found a lady who is directly dragged by such a thing. About tastes do not argue) to each his own. Kirke is much more merciful, by the way.)

I would like to warn against skin test for all those sensitive to the so-called "pickaxe-like dirty musk" (this devilish ingredient is also called "ambrodeverjahs"), you will smell nothing but it. You don't even have to look at the pyramid (I fell for the resemblance to Portrait of a Lady - walk on by). I recklessly microwaved it on my wrist, ensured irritation from trying to wipe it off and washing it off by all means. The very first review for this fragrance is spot on!

It's strange that there are no reviews for the fragrance at all, and it's worth the kind words. The pyramid contains saffron, sandalwood and rose. A beautiful composition both in theory and, in fact, in the perfume itself! From the blotter fragrance no . I didn't understand anything. But it was the pyramid that drew my attention. So I decided to put it on my skin. And not on the wrists, but... on the palm of my hand from a distance of 30 centimeters. (so the fragrance lies on a large area faster opens up and we get a more complete idea of it) And oh wonder! For everyone who loves saffron and spices, just a real perfumery picture. The fragrance opened within five minutes, and if to speak the language of painting, it is a watercolor oriental landscape. Not oil, not charcoal, not gouache, but watercolor. It is very rare to meet oriental specie compositions, which lie on their bearer transparent light and at the same time expressively cloud. Soft aroma of leather,
refined aroma of spices, and velvety rose make this perfume some kind of magic light blanket, in which you stay for several hours, and which flies behind you a transparent trail. There are fragrances that shout about the appearance of its wearer, and this is a fragrance that delicately announces the appearance of the owner. A fragrance with character, while very intelligent. I think that it will not interfere with others, but at the same time you will be recognized by it.In general, a worthy fragrance for all seasons, except for hot summer. Though we will check it in summer)))

I have a feeling that the composition given here is incomplete, because in my opinion this fragrance is more elaborate and rose is not the main character here. Anyway, Inifinite Shine is nothing special, just the usual orient on a resinous, spicy note, which at times resembles oud, but is rather not it. Here there is such a chewy, slightly chemical freshness interspersed with a fruity, but rather unobvious note. Whether it's the rose that changes so much or something else, I can't identify. These ingredients in general sound rather odd. Supposedly the scent is warm afterwards, it insinuates itself into a strongly oriental track, but something doesn't suit me here, and I'm not even talking about the hopeless parameters, although at this price point it's worth mentioning. The whole thing oozes with neither leathery tones nor resinous ones, but it also has some chemicality in it, or I'm the only one sensing it. A perfume freak that I can't figure out and probably don't even want to.
